About Beyond the Gates
One of the core values of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary is Mission Focus, which says:
Our Seminary does not exist merely to get an education or to give an education. We are here to change the world by fulfilling the Great Commission and the Great Commandments through the local church and its ministries.
With this in mind, we have set up a place on the web specifically devoted to educate, inform, and update NOBTS and the world with information pertaining to the reaching and rebuilding of New Orleans: all that is happening beyond the gates.
