Partnership News NewsletterThis inaugural newsletter is a new medium in communication for the alumni of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. This monthly newsletter will arrive in alum's inboxes around the first of the month. Highlights of NOBTS happenings will be featured, and in some occasions a link for further information. Alumni Officer Workshop CompletedNational and State Officers met on campus Feb 5-7. Twenty-two national and state officers met to prepare for the coming year of alumni work. Your state alumni officers are beginning now to plan for this fall's annual meetings. Your participation and support are key. Pray for your state alumni officer! 2003 National Alumni and Friends LuncheonThe NOBTS' annual luncheon for alumni and friends is scheduled for June 18 at 12:00 p.m. in Phoenix, AZ. The meeting will be held in the Pueblo Room of the Crowne Plaza Hotel (the convention hotel), and two blocks from the convention site. Tickets will be $10 before June 1, and $12 after June 1st. Tickets will be available this Spring. The new housing consists of three buildings or manors of four bedroom apartments. The first, Providence Manor, and second, Texas Manor, are occupied. The third, Wood Manor, is now being occupied.
Chapel Service On-lineWeekly chapel services can be heard on-line from Leavell Chapel. Chapel services are held Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 10:00 a.m. CST during the academic semester. Our chapel services are broadcast live via the internet! As well, you can download archived messages! Join us for chapel!
