Lectures at the CAR

The Center for Archaeological Research sponsors several lectures throughout the year. The CAR brings top scholars working in the field of biblical archaeology to report on recent findings and developments in the field. Most lectures are open to the public.

The Manuel Family Lectures on Archaeology and the Bible

The purpose of this annual lectureship is to present to the NOBTS family current archaeological research and excavation as it pertains to the biblical text and historical events. Established by the Manuel family of McComb, MS.
