All Baptist State Conventions have a Church-Minister Relations or Leadership Development office. These offices are a great resource for search committee assistance, ministerial counseling, conflict resolution, not to mention most have a resume referral system for the churches in their state convention. 2006 SBC Compensation Study

This study was a cooperative effort of SBC state conventions representing all 50 states and the Guidestone Financial Resources of the Southern Baptist Convention. The study uses demographic data of churches and data from surveys of participating state conventions in 2006.
