How to Eat Crawfish

Learn how to eat this New Orleans specialty from one of our own
Student Enlistment staff members!  Liz Stewart is enjoying
her crawfish at a crawfish boil in the NOBTS River City Cafeteria.

Grab the head in one hand and the tail in the other.                Pull the head and tail apart.

A true New Orleanian will suck the juice out of the crawfish's head.

Throw the head away. Extend and press on the bottom of the tail.

Grab the meat sticking out of the tail with your teeth. Pull the tail. That will remove the meat from the tail.

                            Chew. Yum! Now you are ready for your first crawfish boil.
