Why do we call our office Shepherd’s Corner? “Shepherd” encapsulates the heart of what we do in Student Enlistment. We try to guide you through the process of discovering God’s will for your life concerning theological higher education.

The Enlistment staff at NOBTS is composed of ministers, who like yourself, once felt God's calling to receive theological education and practical ministry training. We aim to give you specific information about our seminary as well as a story of our personal experiences that brought us to New Orleans.

Our goal is to provide you with ample information so that you can then pray through the details of this important decision. We partner with you in the prayer as God's perfect plan is clearly shown to you as you seek His face. Each week our staff prays for every prospective student that visits our campus. We ask God to make His will known to you, so the decision to attend seminary is made easier.

Please feel free to call or email our staff to request information. We issue catalogs and applications to prospective undergraduate and graduate students. You may also want to contact our office to make a reservation for a campus visit or to attend Preview Weekend, our special semesterly event exclusively for prospective students.
