The following complexes are those complexes which may be awarded to full-time student families with 3 or more children:
Texas, Providence, and Wood Manors
- Priority given to families with three or more children
- 4 bedrooms/2 full baths
- Central heating & air

- Water provided
- Campus phone service (resident responsible for long distance calls)
