The following complexes are those complexes used to house single, full-time students:

Courtyard Apartments

• Each suite accommodates four male or four female students
• Each suite has 4 private bedrooms
• Each suite has 2 semi-private bathrooms
• Each suite has furnished kitchen and common area (with exception of TV)
• Each bedroom furnished with twin bed, armoire, chest of drawers, and a desk with chair
• Each bedroom and common area is cable ready (residents are responsible for cable service)
• Utilities included in rent (electricity, water, local phone)
• Campus phone system (resident responsible for long distance calls)
• New coin-operated laundry facilities in complex
• Rent: $430.00 per student per month

Women’s Dormitory: Carey Hall

• Rooms are furnished and equipped for two people
• 2 single beds
• 2 desks & chairs
• 1 chest of drawers
• 1 night stand
• 2 closets or armoires
• Sink & medicine cabinet
• Tile floor
• Community showers on each floor
• TV room on first floor and second floor
• Each bedroom is cable ready (residents are responsible for cable service)
• Kitchen facilities available
• Campus phone service (residents are responsible for long distance charges)
• Laundry facilities in dorm
• Private rooms are assigned on a space available basis and are subject to change.
• Deposit for dorm room is $135.00 ($100.00 is refundable; $40.00 is a room confirmation fee; $ 18.00 is P.O. Box rental for 1 year).
• Rent: private room $ 305.00 per month
• Rent: semi-private $ 200.00 per month
