NOBTS -- April 28 Update

Workers are finishing new, more rigid rear window and laying sod on the west side of the chapel.

Workers are relocating the bed baby room and the snack prep area.

Preschool

Manors Second and third floors are complete. Finish work and counter tops still needed in first-floor apartments.
Courtyard Second and third floors are complete. Finish work, counter tops, furniture, and appliances still needed in first-floor apartments. Repairs are still needed on the pavilion shown at the right.
Oaks Nearing completion. Apts. still need finish work, paint touch-ups, and counter tops.
Farnsworth Second and third floors are complete. Painting continues in first-floor apartments. Sod has been install at the new playground across from Farnsworth.

Finish work and counter tops needed. Barring difficulties, the first 10 homes should be ready some time in May.

Workers are making significant upgrades to the electrical wiring, heating and air conditioning.

Carey Parlor will be redesigned and updated. Original floors in Carey, discovered in the gutting process, will be restored.

Virtually complete. Only light finish work remains. Some staff members will be moving to these apartments in May.
