New Orleans Parents' Guide to Public Schools

Documentation Required to Register Your Child

  • Copy of child's Birth Certificate
  • Copy of child's Social Security Card
  • Copy of child's Immunization Record
  • Copy of child's last report card or withdrawal from previous school
  • Proof of Residence in Orleans Parish (utility bill, voter registration, driver license, etc.) (The NOBTS Housing office can provide a letter to verify residence)
