Request a Catalog/Application Information

     IQ Web

  1. Proceed to IQWeb to request Guest Access
  2. Enter in your information (Note: Fields with a red asterisk are required fields.)
  3. Click Request Account
  4. Now login to IQWeb using your new Login ID and password. Make note of your Login ID and password for use in the future.
  5. Click on "Inquiry to Request Catalog and Application Information" from the menu on the left of the screen.
  6. You will receive an email shortly after you have requested a catalog.  This email will contain directions on how to access our online application.

*** Do not create a Guest Account if you already have an IQWeb Account. Instead, log in to IQWeb using your existing account.***
