Application Forms

The Graduate Catalog describes prerequisites that must be met for application to the PhD program. Interested persons should note the minimum requirements for master's degree, grade point average, and GRE verbal and analytical writing scores before submitting application materials.

The application deadline for the Spring 2016 semester is September 1, 2015. All application materials and official GRE scores are required for qualified applicants to be considered for entrance.

Application Materials

Print, complete, and submit all of the following items along with the $35 application fee, master's-level research paper, and transcripts. Students currently enrolled in course work at NOBTS should call the Office of Research Doctoral Programs regarding submission of transcripts.

NEW: Each applicant for the ThM or PhD program also must complete a Criminal Background Check by following the link below, and results must be available before the Doctoral Admissions Committee can consider the applicant.  The $29.95 fee is payable online to Certified Backgrounds.
