Mike Edens’ research and writing has focused on apologetics and missions towards Islam. He is most interested in understanding Islamic barriers to biblical images of the gospel and faith in order to provide Muslim access to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. His primary interests are in addressing Arabic speaking Muslims with the gospel.
While the majority of his ministry experiences has been among Middle Eastern Muslims as residential missionary and short term mission team leader, he has served as pastor, home missionary policing chaplain, conference speaker and interim pastor.

He and his wife, Madelyn, have two grown daughters and one grandson.
