Bio

Loretta Rivers's teaching, presentation, and writing interests include gerontology, death, loss, and grief, and social work. She is interested in helping churches connect with and serve their communities. She enjoys working with older adults and raising awareness about issues impacting them and their families. She also leads educational presentations related to death, loss, and grief. Loretta is a member of First Baptist Church Covington, LA. She enjoys teaching a ladies' Bible study group and a homebound adult class by telephone
