The application for May 2021 Graduation is now closed.
Please read all the information on this page carefully.

Information and Submissions:

  • The application for graduation is now closed. Please email vdixon@nobts.edu for more information.
  • For any changes to your graduation application, please email vdixon@nobts.edu.

Cap and Gown:

If you plan to participate in the graduation ceremony, it is imperative that you have the appropriate Graduation Regalia. Without the proper Graduation Regalia, you will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony.

The last day to order your regalia is April 16th!

Alumni Form:  Mandatory Alumni Form
Vacating Notice:

     Dormitory/Courtyard Vacating Notice    14 day calendar notice required

     Apartment Vacating Notice    30 day calendar notice required

Graduation Surveys:
     Leavell College Students: the (1) Ministry Survey
     Master's Students: the (2) Ministry Survey and the Degree Program Survey
     Doctoral Students (not Ph.D): the (1) Ministry Survey
     Ph.D. Students: the (2) SED Survey (email aray@nobts.edu once you have taken this) and the Ministry Survey
