The REC is "where Recreation, Exercise, and Community happens at NOBTS."The REC is a multi-purpose facility that offers a variety of opportunities including physical fitness and personal training, aquatics, swimming lessons, intramural sports, aerobics, outdoor recreation, and various family-oriented special events. Whether you are lifting weights for exercise, wanting to enjoy some time on the basketball court, playing a little air hockey, or taking a dip in the pool, The REC is a great place to hang out with friends and family.

Monday-Friday 530-730 am
M-F 12-10 pm**
