The ITC Helpdesk team member serves as the first point of contact for Students, Faculty and Staff that are seeking technical assistance over the phone and email. The team member works with the IT team to create service requests, assists with troubleshooting, provides Tips & Tricks training and communication for the ITC department. The Office of Communications and Marketing is seeking a full-time photographer. We are seeking a hard worker that is willing to learn and exceed expectation. The photographer attends and captures photos for all NOBTS & Leavell College events, conferences, and other important meetings. The Network Assistant works with the Network Administrator and is responsible for diagnostics, maintenance, and support of the campus networks. The Network Assistant provides technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users with regards to network connectivity, security, system backups and virus protection. This position also works with other Technology Specialists in troubleshooting hardware and software issues as needed to support end users of NOBTS technology. This position can be part-time (28 hours) or full-time (40 hours).

Recreation Staff ensures our members have a clean, safe, and organized environment, as well as, helping with organizing and working sporting events. Job responsibilities include: checking in and out members, cleaning and organizing Recreation Center equipment, cleaning and organizing different areas of the Recreation Center, helping with intramural and sporting events, along with any other request of the Recreation Director. Applicants need to be available to work during the weekday REC hours & occasional Saturday shift, able to work during the academic school year, and must be able to lift 15-45 lbs. Preferably, applicants should be 18 years or older, able to work morning and/or afternoon shift, have some customer service and recreation/sports experience.

The Financial Aid Administrative Assistant's primary role is to help students with their financial situation as they pursue an education from NOBTS and to assist the Financial Aid Director as needed. You will spend the majority of your time (20 hours per week) on the phone, answering emails, or talking with students that come in with questions. Other duties in the office may include working with the director to process NOBTS scholarships, maintaining student files, keeping the website and job board/employment opportunities page updated, and various other office tasks as needed.

The Development and Communications Specialist collaborates with the Institutional Advancement Team to promote NOBTS and Leavell College in various online and print media. The Specialist manages projects supporting the fundraising efforts of the organization, coordinating projects where a third-party vendor is involved. The Specialist will write and produce marketing materials; identify new opportunities for digital marketing; prospect potential donors; and assist with grant applications and donor reports - enhancing NOBTS and Leavell College donor communications.
The primary responsibility of the position is to provide administrative and clerical support to the Head of Technical Services and Cataloging. This position requires excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Word required. Employees move boxes and push heavy carts, as well as move items up/down stairs. Data entry requires extended periods of sitting. Many special projects include the use of approved cleaning agents. Archived, rare, and older materials may expose one to allergens.

The Registrar's Office Assistant aids the Office of the Registrar and Student Success by being the point person for incoming phone calls, processing transcript requests and other student requests, scheduling advising appointments, other miscellaneous office tasks, and coordinating commencement exercises each semester. The Office Assistant will work the front desk of the office and have general knowledge of the entire office and offer student advising in peak periods.
