ITC Helpdesk Team Member

ITC On Campus

The ITC Helpdesk team member serves as the first point of contact for Students, Faculty and Staff that are seeking technical assistance over the phone and email. The team member works with the IT team to create service requests, assists with troubleshooting, provides Tips & Tricks training and communication for the ITC department. Individuals interested in working part-time as a IT Helpdesk Team Member should complete the on-campus application and submit it to the ITC or HR departments.

Dispatch Officer

The requirements are being able to work 18-24 hrs per week; applicants should be 21 or turning 21 in the calendar year. Responsibilities include taking calls for service, dispatching the Patrol Officer to calls for service, signing in guests at the guardhouse, and enforcing laws and school policies on campus. Applicants should be comfortable with firearms or willing to learn.

Administrative Assistant for the H. Milton Haggard Center for New Testament Textual Studies

Center for New Testament Textual Studies

The CNTTS is looking for a person who can handle the administrative work related to the day-to-day operations for the CNTTS. The work includes both office matters and working with some of the materials that the CNTTS uses. At least some ability with Greek is desired (Intermediate Greek or better would be ideal). Network Assistant

Information Technology Center

The Network Assistant works with the Network Administrator and is responsible for diagnostics, maintenance, and support of the campus networks. The Network Assistant provides technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users with regards to network connectivity, security, system backups and virus protection. This position also works with other Technology Specialists in troubleshooting hardware and software issues as needed to support end users of NOBTS technology. This position can be part-time (28 hours) or full-time (40 hours).

Web Administrator

The Web Administrator manages all NOBTS-registered websites, managed primarily in the Cascade database application. This is a part-time (28 hours/week) position in the ITC office.

Day Camp Counselor

Day Camp is a full-time summer job position that gives you an opportunity to work with the inner-city kids of New Orleans. As a counselor, you will get to lead bible studies, do morning worship, have swim time, and more! We work with kids who have just completed Kindergarten-6th grade. The Institutional Advancement Office is looking for a part-time office assistant (28 hours). This person is responsible for clerical support which includes filing, entering data, scanning, running errands, and answering phone calls. This person needs basic office skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Some light lifting may be required.

Early Learning Center

Financial Aid Counselor

Financial Aid

The role of the Financial Aid Counselor is to help the student body have the tools needed to make wise decisions regarding finances so that the student body can act as stewards of that which God has given them. This includes: (1) Helping students make wise decisions when it comes to borrowing money to pay for school. The FAC does this by: a) Meeting with all students who plan to take out a loan to pay for school to discuss other possibilities; b) Helping students walk through the loan application process that is unique to NOBTS/Leavell College; c) Helping students understand the loan process and what is required of students to pay back a loan. (2) The FAC is also responsible for the Financial Stewardship Program at NOBTS/Leavell College. This includes running the His Part & Our Part Financial Stewardship Studies, setting up sign up and enlistment for the courses, reserving the spaces needed on the Campus Calendar and with the Cafeteria, setting up meetings on BlueJeans for the online classes, enlisting teachers, and contacting enrolled students weekly with what they will need to do to successfully complete the course. (3) Work alongside the Financial Aid staff during award season and other times the office has a lot to accomplish to complete any large goals in a timely manner. (4) Be available to do anything needed by the Financial Aid Director. This position offers up to 28 hrs per week.

Summer Ambassador


This individual would be recruiting all summer in the Northeast states. Admissions would cover gas, meals, and lodging. The individual would have opportunities to recruit for NOBTS and Leavell College at various large camps and conferences.

Student Leader

Prospective Student Services

The Prospective Student Services department is looking for servant-hearted, hard working student leaders! They are the "smiling face of the seminary". Everyday tasks include answering incoming phone calls, replying to emails, and completing tasks to assist prospective students in their application process. You make your own schedule at 14 hours a week only during the summer months. Email if you have any additional questions.

Administrative Assistant

Leavell College

The LC administrative assistant serves in a full-time role to assist the Dean of Leavell College with a variety of administrative duties. The administrative assistant is responsible for scheduling, communication, oversight of the Leavell College office, and working with faculty and students.

Accounting Assistant

Business Office

The Business Office is looking for a part-time accounting assistant, between 25-28 hours a week. Schedule is flexible within normal business hours. This position is primarily data entry into the accounting system, distribution of monthly financial reports to department heads, and other administrative tasks. Applicant should have a strong attention to detail.
