Alumni Coordinator

Institutional Advancement

The Institutional Advancement office is looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) Alumni Coordinator. The Alumni Coordinator will assist in the implementation of strategies to engage the alumni of NOBTS and Leavell College through building regional chapters, managing special projects, and coordinating alumni gatherings. This role exists to strengthen lifelong connections between alumni and the seminary by fostering community, facilitating collaboration, and supporting the mission of NOBTS and Leavell College through intentional engagement and events. The position includes regular travel to represent the seminary at denominational meetings, alumni chapter events, and other strategic gatherings.

ITC Helpdesk Team Member

Information Technology Center

The ITC Helpdesk team member serves as the first point of contact for Students, Faculty and Staff that are seeking technical assistance over the phone and email. The team member works with the IT team to create service requests, assists with troubleshooting, provides Tips & Tricks training and communication for the ITC department. Individuals interested in working part-time as a IT Helpdesk Team Member should complete the on-campus application and submit it to the ITC or HR departments.

Classroom Technology Support

Information Technology Center

The Classroom Technology Support team member serves as the first point of contact for Students, Faculty and Staff that are seeking technical assistance in using classroom technology (Cisco & Logitech) and Microsoft Teams for class streaming/recording. The team member works with the IT Classroom team to create service requests, assist with troubleshooting, provides Tips & Tricks training and communication for the ITC department. Individuals interested in working part-time as a Classroom Technology Support Team Member should complete the on-campus application and submit it to the ITC or HR departments.

Gate Officer

Campus Police

This is a part-time student or student spouse position (18-28 hours per week). Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license. Responsibilities include signing in guests at the guardhouse, enforcing laws and school policies on campus, and working special events on campus. Applicants should be comfortable with firearms or willing to learn.

Communication Specialist Officer

Campus Police

This is a part-time student or student spouse position (18-28 hours per week). Applicant must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license. Responsibilities include: taking calls for service, dispatching Patrol Officer to calls for service, watching cameras, basic computer skills (familiarity with Microsoft applications and navigating Windows), assisting with Campus Police duties, and working special events on campus.
