The Institutional Advancement team is looking for a new Gift Processor. This team member is an important part of the organization. They are responsible for processing checks and online gifts for the Office of Institutional Advancement, as well as producing accurate receipts and reports. This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) position that requires good communication skills (by phone and email) and attention to detail. Preference will be given to student-related applicants. The Registrar's Office is looking for a part-time Registration and System Specialist. The Registrar and Systems Specialist has the primary responsibilities in supporting the Registrar with all aspects of enrollment at NOBTS and Leavell College at all degree level, including serving as the front-desk of the registrar's office. Additionally, responsibility are bestowed as to facilitating in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of institutional registry processes in the SIS, CRM, and other software such as Stellic.

Responsibilities include signing in guests at the guardhouse, enforcing laws and school policies on campus, and working special events on campus. Applicants should be comfortable with firearms or willing to learn.
