To abide by Mayor LaToya Cantrell’s directive at 4:00 PM Friday, March 20, 2020, to the city of New Orleans, NOBTS and Leavell College are moving to an essential function task force of employees until further notice. Employees in the following categories will be contacted by their supervisors for instructions about how to proceed.

ITC & CIV
Campus Police
Business Affairs (Reduced)
Registrar (Reduced)
Financial Aid (Reduced)
Student Life (Reduced)
Library (Reduced)
All part-time employees not included in one of those categories will not work during this time unless otherwise instructed by their supervisor.
All full-time employees that are able to work from home are allowed to do so, but unless they are included in one of the above categories and/or directed by their supervisor, they are not to report to their campus office or the campus in general.
We urge all faculty, staff, and students to abide by our Mayor’s guidelines and directives. We will keep you informed of any changes as they come.
